A team of 20 lecturers from AAMUSTED, Cape Coast Technical University, and Bolgatanga Technical University participated in a week-long digital marketing and online teaching training in Nitra, Slovakia, from April 26 to May 5, 2025.
Led by Prof. Yarhands Dissou Arthur, Dean of FASME at AAMUSTED and Ghana’s Coordinator for the €394,185 Erasmus+ KA2 Capacity Building Project (DIGIMARKT), the training aimed to enhance TVET educators’ skills in digital marketing, innovative online pedagogies, and cutting-edge teaching techniques.
The project will establish Digital Marketing Laboratories at the three institutions to train TVET students and industry players, improving their competitiveness in the digital economy. Additionally, 40 Ghanaian participants will be trained in Germany in October 2025 to support further knowledge transfer.
