UPSA Student Representative Council (SRC), has made a special donation to buzstopboys
The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), Professor John Kwaku Mensah Mawutor, on behalf of the UPSA Student Representative Council (SRC), has made a special donation to @buzstopboys, a well-known environmental advocacy group, in recognition of their partnership in a recent clean-up exercise on campus. The clean-up initiative, held ahead of the much-anticipated SRC Week celebrations, was a joint effort between UPSA SRC and BuzStop Boys aimed at promoting sanitation and environmental responsibility among students and the broader community. Presenting the items, Prof. Mawutor commended the BuzStop Boys for their unwavering commitment to a cleaner Ghana, describing them as "true champions of community service and civic responsibility." The event saw students participation, with volunteers energetically engaging in waste collection, weeding and sweeping. After the cleanup, students and partners took a refreshing break bonding over chilled coconut water in a moment of well-earned relaxation and some food. SRC President, John Armah also expressed appreciation to BuzStop Boys and the Vice-Chancellor for their support, noting that the exercise sets the tone for a meaningful and impactful SRC Week.
