One hall One borehole: UGSRC Drills Borehole at Elizabeth Sey Hall
In a significant step to combat the water crisis at the University of Ghana, the Guru-JayLit-led UGSRC administration has successfully drilled a borehole at Elizabeth Sey Hall. This initiative, part of the "One Hall, One Borehole" policy, aims to provide a reliable and clean water supply to students, addressing long-standing water access challenges on campus. The project was commissioned on June 25, 2025, as announced by the UGSRC General Assembly and reported by Voice of Legon on X. This development marks a milestone in improving student welfare and ensuring sustainable water access in university residences.
