Ibrahim Mahama Boosts Ghana Law School with Cement Donation
The University of Ghana School of Law has commended businessman and philanthropist Ibrahim Mahama for his support towards the construction of its new building complex. The school revealed that Ibrahim Mahama, founder of Dzata Cement and Engineers and Planners, supplied all the concrete used for the project — a gesture hailed as a significant contribution to national development. The proposed multi-million dollar facility will serve over 2,000 students and more than 100 teaching staff across 41 academic programmes. With a seating capacity of 1,000 in its lecture rooms, the complex will be multi-functional and will occupy over 5,315 square metres — nearly three-quarters the size of a standard football pitch.
