Kumasi, Ghana – Kumasi Technical University (KsTU) has been ranked 7th among the best universities in Ghana in the prestigious Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2025, announced on June 18, 2025. This recognition highlights KsTU's outstanding commitment to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in Quality Education, Innovative Teaching, Research, Practical Skills Development, and Sustainability.
Out of 2,526 institutions evaluated worldwide, only 11 universities in Ghana—both public and private—secured a place in the rankings, with KsTU standing out among the top performers nationally.
