The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has appointed Prof. Esther Yeboah Danso-Wiredu as its new Pro-Vice-Chancellor, making her the first female to hold the position substantively in the university’s history. Her induction on 4th June 2025 was marked by tributes from UEW leadership, praising her integrity, excellence, and trailblazing role.
