The Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED) held a pre-retirement orientation on May 20, 2025, for staff retiring in 2025. Registrar Mr. Augustus Kwaw Brew emphasized the importance of preparing retirees to avoid challenges like financial distress and social isolation. Dr. Jeff Danquah Boakye, Director of Finance, advised on budgeting, low-risk investments, and small-scale entrepreneurship. Dr. George Wireko Brobby Bonsu, Director of Health Services, highlighted the need for physical activity, mental stimulation, and regular health checks.
