The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has received a donation of two giant LED screens and devotional books from the Deeper Christian Life Ministry Ghana to support its academic and spiritual activities.
The presentation took place at the Council Chamber of UEW during a ceremony where the Vice-Chancellor, Stephen Jobson Mitchual, and members of Management officially received a delegation from the Ministry on Monday, June 15, 2026.
The donation fulfils a pledge made by the National Overseer of the Ministry, Edward Kofi Tumsiah, during UEW’s Interdenominational and Thanksgiving Service earlier held at the institution.
According to the University, the items are expected to enhance worship services, improve communication, and support conferences and academic engagements at the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre. Management noted that the gesture aligns with UEW’s commitment to holistic education, spiritual development, and institutional growth.
The Deeper Christian Life Ministry Ghana emphasized its continued partnership with the University and its dedication to supporting education and moral development within the academic community.
