Former Executive Sues MrBeast’s Company Over Sexual Harassment Allegations
Beast Industries, the company founded by MrBeast, is facing a lawsuit from a former executive who alleges sexual harassment, discrimination and wrongful dismissal.

Lorrayne Mavromatis, who worked at the company from 2022 to 2025, claims female employees faced a hostile work environment and that complaints involving harassment were not taken seriously.

She says she initially joined the company as head of Instagram and was later promoted, but was eventually dismissed after raising concerns about what she described as poor workplace protections.

The lawsuit alleges women were treated differently from male colleagues and that harassment by supervisors was tolerated within the organisation.

Mavromatis also claims she was demoted to a less significant role before being fired shortly after returning from pregnancy-related leave.

She is seeking damages including lost wages, benefits and compensation for emotional distress.

Beast Industries has denied all allegations, describing the claims as false and misleading.

A representative for the company said it has documents, messages and witness testimony to challenge the lawsuit and intends to defend the case.

MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, is the world’s most-followed YouTuber and operates a media business employing more than 500 people.
