UCC Opens 2026/2027 Admissions for Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Sandwich Programmes

The University of Cape Coast has officially opened its admissions portal for the 2026/2027 academic year, inviting qualified applicants to apply for various academic programmes.

The admission window covers Sandwich Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes for the 2026 academic year, as well as Regular Undergraduate programmes for the 2026/2027 academic year.

According to the university, applicants include candidates who sat for the 2026 WASSCE and are awaiting results, as well as those with confirmed results.

Application e-vouchers are priced at GH¢220 and are available at the UCC Cashier’s Office, UCC Accra Office at Tesano, Ghana Post offices nationwide, and selected partner banks.

Applicants are required to complete their applications online via the official portals: https://apply.ucc.edu.gh and https://application.ucc.edu.gh.

The university advised applicants to provide accurate information during the application process to avoid disqualification and encouraged early submission of applications.

For Regular programmes, applications close on July 31, 2026, while Sandwich applications will end on June 30, 2026.

UCC also announced separate arrangements for mature candidates applying for first-degree programmes for the 2026/2027 academic year.

Mature applicants are required to purchase application forms at designated centres, including the UCC Cash Office, Accra Office at Tesano, and Ghana Post Offices in regional capitals.

The application fee for mature candidates is GH¢450, covering the e-voucher, examination fee, and preparatory classes.

Completed application forms, along with required documents, must be submitted by post to the Directorate of Academic Affairs not later than May 8, 2026.

The university emphasized that applications must be submitted online via apply.ucc.edu.gh and warned against hand delivery of documents.
