The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) held an ecumenical and communion service themed “Who Has the Final Say” ahead of mid-semester exams. The event, organized by the Students’ Chaplaincy Council, featured spiritual messages, drama, and song ministrations based on John 11:1–44.
• Pastor Jonathan Ebo-Quaye (PENSA-KNUST) urged students to stay faithful, avoid shortcuts, and trust God while preparing diligently for exams.
• Rev. Dr. Joseph Acheampong (Protestant Chaplain) led the communion session, encouraging reflection and faith.
• Prof. Marian Asantewah Nkansah (Director of Student Affairs) advised students to eat well, rest, follow exam rules, and be mindful of security.
• Mr. Samuel Afful (SRC Vice President) announced enhanced campus security measures, including patrols, escort teams, CCTV monitoring, and a soon-to-be-launched security response app.
The service offered both spiritual upliftment and practical guidance, emphasizing faith, wellness, safety, and support throughout the exam period and upcoming Student Week.
