UEW Alumni Facilitates Medical Supplies Donation to University Hospital
The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) Alumni Association has facilitated the donation of medical supplies from the Botchway Cares Foundation to the University Hospital to support healthcare delivery within the institution.

The donated items, including surgical gloves and plasters, are expected to improve the hospital’s operational capacity and enhance healthcare services for students, staff and other members of the university community.

Receiving the items on behalf of the University, officials expressed appreciation to the Foundation for the support and commended the initiative as a meaningful contribution towards student welfare and healthcare development.

Founder of the Botchway Cares Foundation, Richmond Botchway, explained that the donation was inspired by the desire to make a positive impact within the University community and support health-related initiatives.

The initiative also reflects growing collaboration between students, alumni and stakeholders in promoting development and improving welfare across the University community.
