The University of Health and Allied Sciences has announced vacancies for academic staff appointments across several schools and departments, with appointments expected to take effect from July 1, 2026.
The recruitment covers various areas including the Schools of Basic and Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing and Midwifery, Dentistry, Sports and Exercise Medicine, Allied Health Sciences, Medicine and Public Health.
According to the university, applicants must possess a PhD or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field, hold a valid professional licence where required, and demonstrate teaching, research and clinical experience in their area of specialisation.
Interested candidates are expected to complete the academic staff application form and submit applications electronically, as hard copy submissions will not be accepted.
The university indicated that applications should reach the Registrar by June 19, 2026, while only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stage of the recruitment process.
