Success Africa Summit 2026 (19th Edition)

The Success Africa Summit 2026 is the 19th edition of one of Africa’s most impactful inspirational and mentorship conferences. With over 18 years of excellence and more than 250,000 students and young professionals empowered across the continent, the Summit continues to shape mindsets, build capacity, and prepare the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals.

The 2026 edition, themed “Beyond Vision: Dare. Act. Achieve,” will tour major tertiary institutions across Ghana, starting on 7th February with all Accra tertiary institutions, moving to the University of Cape Coast on 14th February, Kumasi Technical University on 20th February, Koforidua Technical University on 25th February, University of Mines and Technology on 27th February, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology on 13th March, University of Education, Winneba on 14th March, Ghana Communication Technology University on 20th March, University of Health and Allied Sciences on 21st March, and concluding at Pentecost University on 28th March.

The Summit will bring together accomplished corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, public figures, and mentors to equip participants with practical skills, insights, and networks for success in leadership, career development, entrepreneurship, academic excellence, and personal growth. A special focus is placed on exceptional women leaders making significant impact in the corporate and professional space.
