Selected candidates are placed in top Korean universities across a wide range of academic fields. The program aims to promote international exchange and strengthen global competitiveness in education. Since 2016, over 104,000 international students have benefited from this scholarship. Eligibility & Requirements

Open to all international students (Non-Korean citizens only)
• Must be under 40 years of age
• Master’s Applicants: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• PhD Applicants: Must hold a Master’s degree or equivalent
• Research Applicants: Must have invitation from a Korean university
• Must be in good physical and mental health
• Must not have previously received a Korean government scholarship
