Eligibility & Requirements
-
Applicants must be Ghanaian nationals pursuing an undergraduate programme in an accredited public tertiary institution in Ghana. All applicants are required to visit the official GETFund Scholarship Portal to complete an online application form. Applicants must carefully complete the online form with accurate information and upload scanned copies of all required supporting documents for vetting and shortlisting. Application guidelines, eligibility conditions, and required documents are fully accessible on the scholarship portal. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted after the vetting process is completed. All correspondence regarding the scholarship will be strictly between GETFund and the applicant, and applications will only be received through the official online scholarship portal. GETFund has not appointed any individual or agency to act as an intermediary in the scholarship process, and applicants are advised to report any such claims to the nearest police station. First-year regular undergraduate students in public tertiary institutions, diploma students in Colleges of Education, diploma students in Nursing Training Colleges, and all Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) in public tertiary institutions from undergraduate to postgraduate level are not eligible under this scheme and are instead encouraged to apply for funding through the Students Loan Trust Fund under the Government “No Fees Stress” and PWD Support Initiative.
