Scholarship Overview
<p>The European Union TESIECS Intra-Africa Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded mobility program under the TESIECS (Towards Enhancing Sustainable and Innovative Environmental Change Solutions) Intra-Africa project. The scholarship facilitates long-term and short-term student and staff mobility among African partner institutions to promote innovative and locally relevant solutions to environmental challenges. The program aims to strengthen academic, technical, and administrative capacity while training postgraduate students to become sustainability champions and environmental thought leaders. Successful applicants will receive full financial support, including tuition, travel, accommodation, subsistence, and medical insurance. Interested applicants must apply online through the TESIECS platform, select their preferred mobility scholarship, complete the expression of interest, upload required documents, and also apply for admission to the relevant consortium institution before the deadline. </p>
Eligibility & Requirements

<p>Applicants must be nationals and residents of an African country with a valid passport. Candidates may include postgraduate students currently registered at, admitted to, or holding a degree from participating TESIECS institutions or any recognized public university in Africa, depending on the target group. Applicants must be willing to study or undertake mobility in an African country different from their country of nationality and residence. Candidates must meet the admission requirements of the host institution and provide all required academic and supporting documents. Applicants cannot simultaneously benefit from another EU-funded scholarship for the same activity during the mobility period.</p>
