Job Description
The Administrator ensures excellence in production, precision in garment delivery, and seamless coordination across inventory, staff, and logistics.
• Corporate Representation: Maintain a polished appearance and represent the brand with excellence to clients and partners.
• Financial & Records Management: Issue receipts, document all transactions, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Inventory & Asset Management: Manage fabrics, materials, and finished products; conduct regular stock audits.
• Staff & Tailor Management: Supervise tailors and staff, manage attendance and discipline, and ensure operational order.
• Production & Quality Control: Oversee production, enforce quality standards, and ensure defect-free delivery.
• Logistics & Orders: Coordinate shipments (land and air freight) and manage international order documentation.
• Supervision & Reporting: Monitor sales representatives and prepare periodic performance reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in operations, administration, or fashion production.
• Knowledge: Understanding of garment production, quality control, and basic tailoring/garment construction.
• Technical Skills: Ability to take accurate body measurements and strong organizational/record-keeping ability.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, staff management skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Traits: High integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work flexible hours.
