Job Description
The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving sustainable growth and profitability within the Corporate Banking business. Key duties include:
• Developing and managing strong, long-term client relationships.
• Driving effective deal origination for corporate clients.
• Implementing disciplined risk management strategies to protect the bank's assets.
• Identifying opportunities for business expansion within the corporate sector.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or its equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of relevant banking experience, specifically in relationship management or corporate banking.
• Core Skills: Strong financial analysis, deal structuring, and portfolio management skills.
• Traits: Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
