Job Description

The Security Officer is responsible for the overall safety and security of the hospital's staff, patients, and physical assets. Key duties include:
• Patrolling premises and monitoring access points.
• Monitoring security procedures and emergency responses.
• Ensuring the safety of staff and property.
• Writing basic incident reports as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent.
• Age: Must be between 30 and 45 years.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years in a security role (added advantage).
• Skills: Good communication, observation skills, and ability to write reports.
• Physicality: Must be physically fit and able to work both day and night shifts.
• Integrity: Honest, disciplined, and highly alert with no criminal record (background check required).
