Technical Requirements
• Monitor production equipment and support basic machine operations and maintenance coordination
• Manage production workflows to ensure orders are completed on time
• Track and control raw material inventory to prevent production delays
• Apply quality control procedures and maintain accurate
production
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for scheduling, reporting, and documentation
Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in textiles
• First Degree or equivalent qualification, with relevant technical or production-related background
• Experience in production support, workflow monitoring, inventory control, and record-keeping
• Ability to supervise or support production staff, including basic training and shift coordination
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with knowledge of safety procedures and quality control practices
