A growing luxury fashion house in Accra is seeking an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead its people function. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will take ownership of the overall HR strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and organizational development. The role involves developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, building effective talent management systems, promoting employee engagement, managing workplace relations, overseeing compensation and benefits structures, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture for a growing team of 25–100 employees within a brand focused on African craftsmanship and design excellence. Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree being an added advantage. Candidates must have proven HR management experience, ideally within the fashion or luxury retail industry, with strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and organizational development. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, proficiency in HRIS and HR software, and the ability to manage strategic HR initiatives effectively. Candidates should have four to six years of relevant mid-level HR experience.
