LMI Holdings is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support the achievement of business objectives by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives within one of its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes in line with the Group’s recruitment policies while partnering with line managers to oversee performance management and provide coaching on performance tools and solutions. The role also involves offering professional HR guidance to the General Manager and line managers, coordinating learning and development initiatives, identifying training needs, implementing development programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. The successful applicant will contribute to strengthening employee relations and aligning HR practices with the company’s overall business strategy. Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants must possess a good first degree together with a relevant professional certification in Human Resources. Candidates should have appreciable knowledge or experience within the subsidiary’s business, with familiarity in the steel fabrication industry considered essential. Applicants must have at least ten years of experience in Human Resources Management and demonstrate proven experience in developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Candidates should also possess extensive knowledge of industrial and employee relations, labour laws, conflict resolution, performance management, recruitment, and learning and development practices.
