Social Enterprise Ghana is seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager with a strong background in the NGO sector to oversee its financial management functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing budgets and financial forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and regulatory requirements. The role includes preparing and submitting accurate financial reports to Social Enterprise Ghana and its partners, monitoring funds disbursed to TVET training centers, hubs, and partner organizations, and ensuring sound financial management practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial accountability, supporting compliance, and strengthening the organization’s financial systems. Requirements & Qualifications
Applicants must have at least ten years of responsible experience managing the finances of local NGOs or business networks. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, along with a recognized professional qualification such as ACCA or CA. Applicants should demonstrate excellent proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, or similar financial management systems, and possess strong financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
