Internship Overview
The Telecel Internship Program offers university students the opportunity to gain practical experience by working within different departments of Telecel Ghana. Interns will support day-to-day operations, assist with research, reporting and data analysis, participate in team meetings, contribute to ongoing projects, and collaborate with colleagues while developing professional skills. The internship is onsite and begins in August 2026. Eligibility & Requirements

Applicants must currently be in their second or third year at a recognized university. Applicants must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving abilities, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Applicants must be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
