Internship Overview
The PQ Internship Programme 2026 is a fully funded initiative designed to equip young Ghanaians with practical employability and soft skills for the world of work. It targets youth aged 18–35, especially those not in employment, education, or training (NEET). Fully funded skills training, employability development, and job placement support, including hands-on practical learning. The programme focuses on competency-based learning, workplace discipline, and preparing participants for job opportunities and entrepreneurship pathways across multiple skill areas.
Eligibility & Requirements

Applicants must be Ghanaian youth aged 18–35, with special focus on young women and persons with disabilities. Applicants should be currently unemployed, not in education or training, and must be willing to fully participate in the training programme.
