Internship Overview
The UNICEF Internship Programme offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global humanitarian organization. Interns work with UNICEF teams across different countries, contributing to programmes focused on children’s health, education, protection, and emergency response. The internship provides practical exposure to international development work and supports both professional and personal growth.
Eligibility & Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or PhD programme, or have graduated within the past two years. They must be proficient in at least one UNICEF working language (English, French, or Spanish), have strong academic performance, and not have immediate family members working within UNICEF’s reporting structure. Relevant experience may be an added advantage.
