Transcripts & Diploma: Upload PDFs of current and past transcripts and diplomas (English explanation required if not in English). If not graduated, submit a certificate of enrollment.
Statement of Purpose (max 400 words): Explain your fit with OIST and chosen unit(s), your goals, and how this internship supports your career.
CV: Current academic and research summary.
Recommendation Letter (1–3): From professorial-level faculty (in English). At least one must be received before submission.
Passport/ID: Upload passport details or other government-issued ID.
ID Photo: Recent front-facing photo.
English Score (optional): IELTS/TOEFL if available.
Fee: 3,000 JPY (non-refundable).
