Internship Overview
We are seeking a Business & Sales Development Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, client engagement, and sales strategies. The trainee will work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Assist in generating and qualifying leads for business expansion. Support the sales team in developing proposals and presentations for clients. Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings to promote Npontu’s solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to understand products and services to effectively communicate value propositions. Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business growth. Participate in business networking events, conferences, and exhibitions. Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.
